Abstract:
In order to the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock, difficulty in support, and severe roof water leakage during the period of passing through collapse columns in the excavation tunnel, the 81214 return air roadway of Huayang No.1 Mine is taken as the research object. Theoretical analysis and on-site testing research methods are used to analyze the characteristics of surrounding rock in the tunnel during the period of passing through collapse columns and the problems existing in the original support of the tunnel, A comprehensive control measure of "advanced grouting+full roof anchor cable+double layer metal mesh+spraying" has been proposed for the surrounding rock of the excavation tunnel passing through the collapse column. The on-site test results show that after adopting comprehensive control measures, the maximum subsidence of the roof and floor of the roadway passing through the collapsed column section is 41.64 mm, and the maximum displacement of the roadway side is 20.31 mm. The deformation control effect of the surrounding rock is significant, ensuring the stability of the roadway and the production safety of the working face.
