掘进巷道过陷落柱围岩控制技术研究

    • 摘要: 针对掘进巷道过陷落柱期间围岩变形量大、支护困难和顶板淋水严重的问题,以华阳一矿81214回风巷为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场试验的研究方法,对过陷落柱期间巷道围岩特征和巷道原支护存在的问题进行分析,提出了“超前注浆+顶板全锚索+双层金属网+喷浆”的掘进巷道过陷落柱围岩综合控制措施。现场试验结果表明:采用综合控制措施后,过陷落柱段巷道顶底板最大下沉量为41.64 mm,巷帮最大位移量为20.31 mm,围岩变形控制效果显著,确保了巷道稳定性和工作面生产安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock, difficulty in support, and severe roof water leakage during the period of passing through collapse columns in the excavation tunnel, the 81214 return air roadway of Huayang No.1 Mine is taken as the research object. Theoretical analysis and on-site testing research methods are used to analyze the characteristics of surrounding rock in the tunnel during the period of passing through collapse columns and the problems existing in the original support of the tunnel, A comprehensive control measure of "advanced grouting+full roof anchor cable+double layer metal mesh+spraying" has been proposed for the surrounding rock of the excavation tunnel passing through the collapse column. The on-site test results show that after adopting comprehensive control measures, the maximum subsidence of the roof and floor of the roadway passing through the collapsed column section is 41.64 mm, and the maximum displacement of the roadway side is 20.31 mm. The deformation control effect of the surrounding rock is significant, ensuring the stability of the roadway and the production safety of the working face.
