Abstract:
In this paper, a mode of posture monitoring and early warning for belt conveyor system based on machine vision is proposed to solve the problems of belt tearing, belt running deviation, coal stacking in working face and abnormal temperature of belt during the working process of belt conveyor system. Mining 5G communication technology and multi machine linkage transmission protocol of intelligent coal mining control system are introduced, which ensures the stability, efficiency and multi machine coordination of underground communication signal transmission in coal mine, and can realize real-time monitoring and early warning of conveyor belt tearing, belt running deviation, coal stacking in working face and abnormal temperature of conveyor belt. The monitoring and operation mode of traditional fully mechanized excavation face is improved, and the purpose of intelligent decision-making and automatic coordinated operation of the system is achieved.
