Abstract:
In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional operation and maintenance mode of mine hoist crane, such as low efficiency, difficulty in operation and monitoring, high cost of safety operation and maintenance, and lack of intelligence, this paper analyzes the structure composition of coal mine hoist hoist crane, and builds an online monitoring system for safety operation and maintenance of crane platform based on the study of common fault mechanism of coal mine hoist crane. By studying the hardware system and software control system, the full range acquisition and real-time remote monitoring operation and maintenance of the vibration, polarization and audio signals of the wheel are realized, and the monitoring and evaluation index system of the wheel is built. The results show that the runout of the end face of the sky wheel is less than 9 mm, the accuracy of anomaly recognition is 0.01, and the response time is only 1.97 s. Satisfactory experimental and application results are obtained.
