煤矿井下瓦斯无线监控系统关键技术研究

    Research on Key Technologies of Wireless Gas Monitoring System in Coal Mine Underground

    • 摘要: 瓦斯浓度监控作为煤矿生产监控的重要环节,是煤矿安全生产的重要保障。目前煤矿瓦斯监控系统多基于电缆通信等有线方式,通信可靠性及监测范围均受井下环境因素制约严重,无法适应当前现代化煤矿需求。针对煤矿有线式瓦斯监控系统布线困难、监测范围小、抗干扰能力差等问题,提出了一种基于Zigbee无线传输网络的煤矿瓦斯监控系统设计方案。在煤矿原有线监控系统基础上进行改造,将现场传感器至瓦斯监控分站之间的有线传输通过Zigbee无线传输网络进行替换,具备网络容量大、组网扩展灵活等优点。同时对井下瓦斯浓度监控分站及传感器采集单元的无线收发模块进行设计,实现系统数据采集、传输及执行机构控制环节的无线交互,监测范围可通过增减无线节点灵活扩展,有效提高煤矿瓦斯监控灵活性及可靠性。经实验测试,系统无线通信能力较强、丢包率较低,数据传输通信及报警功能运行良好。

       

      Abstract: Gas concentration monitoring, as an important part of coal mine production monitoring, is an important guarantee for coal mine safety production. At present, coal mine gas monitoring systems are mostly based on wired methods such as cable communication, and the reliability and monitoring range of communication are severely constrained by underground environmental factors, which cannot meet the current needs of modern coal mines. A design scheme for coal mine gas monitoring system based on Zigbee wireless transmission network is proposed to address the problems of difficult wiring, small monitoring range, and poor anti-interference ability of wired gas monitoring system in coal mines. On the basis of the original wired monitoring system in coal mines, the wired transmission between on-site sensors and gas monitoring substations is replaced through Zigbee wireless transmission network, which has the advantages of large network capacity and flexible network expansion. At the same time, the wireless transceiver module of the underground gas concentration monitoring substation and sensor acquisition unit is designed to achieve wireless interaction between system data acquisition, transmission, and execution mechanism control. The monitoring range can be flexibly expanded by adding or reducing wireless nodes, effectively improving the flexibility and reliability of coal mine gas monitoring. Through experimental testing, it has been found that the system has strong wireless communication capability, low packet loss rate, and good operation of data transmission communication and alarm functions.
