Research on Measurement and Optimization Design of Ventilation Resistance in Coal Mines
-
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of insufficient ventilation air volume and increased wind resistance caused by the advancement and production capacity improvement of the coal mine working face, the Liangzhuang coal mine of Shandong Liangzhuang Mining Co., Ltd. was taken as the research object. The precision barometer point by point measurement method was used to measure the ventilation resistance of the main measurement route of the 8205 working face. The results showed that the cumulative total resistance hR of the main measurement route of the working face was 2483.6 Pa, while the theoretically calculated mine ventilation resistance was 2607.7 Pa, with an error of less than 5%. The accuracy of the measurement results met the requirements. Then, corresponding network calculations were carried out. After the implementation of the mid-term plan for optimizing the ventilation system, the air volume of the shaft was about 169.53 m3/s, and the air pressure was 2974.3 Pa. The overall air volume of the mine is sufficient, and the air supply in each mining area is balanced. The resistance reduction effect of the mine is relatively obvious. After the implementation of the long-term plan for optimizing the ventilation system, the air volume of the shaft is about 168.70 m3/s, and the air pressure is 3001.6 Pa. The overall air volume of the mine is sufficient, and the air supply in each mining area is balanced.
