Research on mining deformation law and support technology of roadway surrounding rock under complex geological conditions

Abstract
In Due to complex geological conditions and high geostress, the stability problem of the mining roadway in the 3115 working face of Daping Coal Industry is prominent. Triaxial compression tests were conducted to obtain the mechanical parameters of coal, mudstone, fine sandstone, and siltstone, revealing the strength characteristics of surrounding rock under different confining pressures. Based on the KD-01 plane strain similarity simulation platform, the stress-deformation evolution of roadway surrounding rock under mining disturbance was investigated. The results show that when the working face advances to 50~60 m from the roadway, the deformation of the roof, floor, and ribs increases significantly, entering a large deformation stage accompanied by local stress concentration and redistribution. Accordingly, a densified bolt-mesh-cable-shotcrete support technology was proposed. After its implementation, the roadway deformation tended to stabilize within 40~60 days.
