    Risk assessment and prevention system design for irregular working face impact

    • In order to ensure the production safety of irregular working faces, in view of the impact risk faced by irregular working faces, taking the 3311 irregular fully integrated working face of Dongtan Coal Mine as the research object, firstly, the influencing factors of impact risk of irregular working face are analyzed from two perspectives: geological factors and mining technical factors. Secondly, on the basis of the main control factors of impact risk, the comprehensive index method is used to evaluate the impact burst risk of irregular working face, and the impact risk index under the influence of geological factors and mining technology factors is determined to be 0.44, which determines the weak impact risk during mining. Finally, based on the impact risk assessment results, the monitoring system layout plan is formulated from three perspectives: monitoring and monitoring, pre-pressure relief, early warning and risk resolution. The pre-pressure relief design scheme and the crisis relief design scheme form a prevention and control system for the impact of ground pressure in the irregular working face, and the working face realizes safe mining.
