Research on Top Cutting and Anchor Cable Reinforcement Support Technology for Thick Coal Seam Large Section Roadways
-
Abstract
In response to the difficulty of controlling the surrounding rock of thick coal seam and large section roadway, this paper takes the 18106 transportation channel of Zhenchengdi Mine as the engineering background, and uses theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and field test methods to propose an optimized technical scheme of "blasting pre splitting cutting top pressure relief+anchor cable reinforcement support". Research has revealed that the lateral support stress of the 18106 transport chute coal pillar exhibits an asymmetric "saddle shaped" distribution characteristic, and there are significant differences in the vertical stress distribution on both sides. Compared with the traditional anchor rod support system, the new support optimization scheme significantly improves the convergence characteristics of the surrounding rock in the roadway, with a maximum average convergence reduction of over 20% for the roof, coal wall, and coal pillar surfaces. On site monitoring data shows that the stability of the surrounding rock in large section tunnels has been significantly improved after the use of the roof cutting anchor cable collaborative support system.
