Technical Design of Train Intelligent Loading System Based on Static Track Weighing

Abstract
As an important traditional energy industry in China, the coal industry is an important part of our national economy, and its intelligent construction is directly related to the process of our national economy and social intelligence, among which, coal transportation, as an important part of the coal industry, plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of coal utilization. At present, coal transport mainly includes railway transport, road transport, water transport and so on. Railway transportation is an important mode of transportation outside the coal plant, which has the characteristics of large volume, long distance, fast speed and is not restricted by climatic conditions. The main process of railway transportation includes loading stage, transportation stage and unloading stage. Taking a coal mine as an example, this paper introduces the transformation design of the train loading system in the loading stage of railway transportation. Through this transformation design, the train loading system solves the problems of more workers, relatively independent loading systems, low intelligence, low loading efficiency, and improves the intelligent degree and loading accuracy of the loading system, which is conducive to the realization of high yield, high efficiency and safe production in coal mines, and is of great significance for improving the intelligent level of coal mines. It has certain reference significance for the application of train loading in enterprises.
