Research and Prospect of Intelligent Perception Technology for Hydraulic Support Attitude in Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Coal Mine

Abstract
The intelligent sensing technology of hydraulic support attitude in fully mechanized mining face is an important supporting technology to realize intelligent and unmanned mining in coal mine. The current research status of attitude perception of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face is comprehensively analyzed. The basic principles, application status and advantages of multi-sensor fusion technology and visual measurement technology are discussed, which effectively improves the real-time and anti-interference performance of the system. Vision measurement technology relies on industrial cameras, structured light and stereo vision systems to achieve non-contact high-precision attitude detection. In addition, in view of the complex environment of coal mine, the related technical optimization methods are analyzed, such as image enhancement, adaptive filtering and deep learning algorithm. The future development of intelligent perception technology of hydraulic support attitude is prospected in detail, so as to further promote the intelligent development of coal mine industry.
