Research on the real-time feedback control method of coal mine belt conveyor

Abstract
The coal mine belt conveyor, also known as the belt conveyor, is a device for continuous transportation of coal flow in coal mines. Due to its strong nonlinearity and time-varying operating conditions, the real-time working parameters of the coal mine belt conveyor are difficult to accurately detect, which affects the control effect of the conveyor. Therefore, a real-time feedback control method for coal mine belt conveyors is proposed. Detect real-time working parameters of coal mine belt conveyors such as speed, load, power, and tension as initial control values. Consider the load situation of the conveyor and set real-time control targets. By analyzing the difference between the initial value and the control target, combined with the working principle of the conveyor, calculate the control quantity of the coal mine belt conveyor. Generate and execute control instructions, feedback the execution results of control signals to the control terminal, adjust the specific values of real-time working parameters, and thus achieve the adjustment of control instructions. When the initial control value is the same as the control target value, real-time feedback control of the coal mine belt conveyor is completed. The experimental results show that under the control of this method, the control errors of the speed, power, tension, and control signal feedback time of the coal mine belt conveyor are significantly reduced under both no-load and load conditions.
