Study on thermal diffusivity characteristics of coking coal pyrolysis under optimization of coking coal blending

Abstract
To investigate the pyrolytic coking characteristics and thermal diffusivity characteristics of coking coal under the optimized conditions of coking coal blending.Different coal blending schemes were designed, pyrolysis coking experiments were carried out, the pyrolysis characteristics were recorded and analyzed, the microstructure of coke was observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the specific thermal diffusivity was measured and compared.With the change of coal ratio, the pyrolysis temperature range, pyrolysis rate and product distribution all changed, which further affected the pore structure and crack distribution of coke. Among them, coke with more pores, uneven size distribution and more cracks provided more diffusion channels for heat, and thus showed a higher thermal diffusivity.The thermal diffusivity of coke can be controlled effectively by adjusting the coal blending scheme and the type and dosage of additives, and the performance requirements of coke in different application scenarios can be met.
