    Research on deformation and damage mechanism of surrounding rock in deep large section roadway and support technology

    • Aiming at the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in deep large section roadway and difficult control of support failure, taking the belt roadway at the east boundary of the north wing of Dongtan Coal Mine as the background of the project, we analyzed the deformation and damage mechanism of the roadway through on-site investigation and put forward the optimized support technology scheme. Field engineering test results show that the maximum deformation of the top plate, bottom plate and two gangs of peripheral rock of the roadway under the support program is 72 mm, 63 mm and 114 mm respectively, and at the same time, no cracking or destruction of the sprayed concrete surface of the peripheral rock of the roadway has not occurred, and the peripheral rock deformation is effectively controlled.
