    Application of High-Strength Support Technology in Coal Mining Excavation

    • To address the support challenges of high ground stress and large deformation in deep mining roadways, this study investigates the application of high-strength support technology in coal mining and tunneling operations. Through analysis of existing support technology limitations, a novel collaborative high-strength support system was designed and developed, utilizing a composite support structure combining prestressed constant-load rock bolts and pressure-bearing support devices, establishing a dynamic coordination mechanism between support units. Test results demonstrate that the system maintains stability with a maximum support pressure of 935.4 kN under static loading, and controls the dynamic amplification factor within 1.18 under dynamic loading at 0.5 Hz frequency, achieving significant displacement control.
