Research on the Application of Dry Selection and Quality Improvement in Yushujing Coal Preparation Plant

In order to improve the quality and market competitiveness of coal products in Yushujing Coal Preparation Plant, a series of technical transformation schemes are put forward, including optimizing the configuration of dry separation equipment, introducing advanced separation technology and improving operation process. Through the comparative analysis of production, energy consumption and product quality before and after the transformation, the results show that the dry separation and quality improvement significantly improves the extraction rate and calorific value of coal, and reduces the production cost per unit product. In addition, the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the reformed industry has also been significantly improved, which is in line with the national policy requirements for the sustainable development of the coal industry. Finally, based on the analysis of the economic benefits brought by the transformation, the investment recovery period and long-term benefits of the project are estimated, and the economic rationality of the transformation scheme is verified.
