    Research progress and Prospect of filling mining technology in coal mine

    • Conventional coal mining methods usually use the full caving method to manage the roof, which causes a series of ecological damage problems such as surface subsidence and groundwater loss. As an important part of the green mining system of coal mine, filling mining plays an important role in the control of overlying rock movement, the prevention and control of surface subsidence, the protection of ecological environment, the utilization of solid waste and so on. The author systematically expounds the composition of filling mining system and the related theory of rock control in filling mining. The existing technology shows that filling mining is an important way to realize green and efficient mining in coal mines.
