Abstract
In order to improve the coal recovery rate, reduce the waste of coal resources and deal with a large amount of gangue generated by excavation, Xinyuan Mine plans to carry out filling mining on the mid-strip working face in the southern district, and comprehensively use theoretical analysis and engineering analogy to carry out the design and engineering application research on the lane-by-lane filling technology of paste like coal waste replacement. Research and determine the excavation and mining method of the two lanes and the reasonable 40m spacing of the two lanes, complete the matching of the key filling equipment of the gangue + cement slurry filling mining, and design the filling scheme using the gangue + cement slurry as the filling material. Combined with the measured results of surface subsidence and according to the impact evaluation standard of filling mining buildings, the evaluation results show that the impact grade is Ⅰ, which has a significant control effect on surface settlement.
