    Practical Application of the Conditions for Creating and Withdrawing Faces in Comprehensive Mining Paste Filling Work

    • Filling mining roof management technology is an advanced method that has advantages such as protecting the surface environment, improving the recovery rate of the mine, reducing safety risks, and saving resources to reduce costs. When creating conditions for the withdrawal of supports at the Chaili Coal Mine 3306-1 filling working face, combined with the filling rate and mine pressure monitoring results of this working face, comprehensive analysis and application were conducted. The roof support design for the withdrawal channel was carried out separately, narrowing the overall width of the roof in the withdrawal channel during the stoppage period, and implementing the parameters required for large-section anchor bolt (cable) support during the excavation period for the roof support within the withdrawal channel. Meanwhile, optimize the support process during the creation of withdrawal conditions for the head and tail ends. After completing the permanent active support of anchors and cables for the withdrawal channel, a forward withdrawal method is adopted during the withdrawal, and wooden stacks are set up at certain intervals along the paste side according to the withdrawal progress, achieving a step-by-step withdrawal from the outside to the inside for the 115 ZC5600 17/32 type paste filling hydraulic supports. The practice of constructing withdrawal conditions for this paste filling working face during the final mining period effectively reduced the construction workload during the final mining period, improved the efficiency of work during the final mining period, enhanced the roof safety of the withdrawal channel, improved the on-site construction safety environment, and ensured the efficiency of support removal and the roof safety during the isolation period before filling in the next withdrawal channel.
