Research on comprehensive control technology of rock burst in deep coal seam working face in large mining
-
Abstract
In response to the problem of rockburst disasters that are prone to occur in the 2303 fully mechanized mining face due to the deep burial and thick occurrence of coal seams, as well as the secondary breakage of the roof of the adjacent goaf and the overlapping stress operation of the mining dynamic pressure of the current mining face during the mining period, comprehensive theoretical analysis was conducted on the main influencing factors and mechanisms of rockburst disasters in the working face. Combined with the actual mining situation of the mine, targeted measures were proposed to prevent rockburst and pressure relief, such as monitoring and early warning, roadway reinforcement and reinforcement, coal seam water injection, and large-diameter drilling pressure relief. After on-site application, comprehensive rockburst and pressure relief measures were taken. During the mining process of the working face, a microseismic monitoring system was used to monitor the energy of a single microseismic event in the working face. Before taking measures, the energy of 6.1 × 104J/d decreased to 2.4 × 103J/d, and the microseismic energy value is generally around 102J/d, At the same time, through observation of surrounding rock deformation, it was found that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the goaf side roadway decreased from 72% of the maximum shrinkage of the roadway before measures were taken to 38%. The stress value of the roadway roof within the range of 100-120 meters ahead of the working face decreased from the original maximum of 19.4 MPa to 7.6 MPa, and the prevention and control effect achieved the expected goal, providing experience for the prevention and control of rockburst in mines in the future.
