Abstract
To relieve the tension of mining and excavation, reduce the waste of resources, and realise leaving the lane along the empty space, taking 9101 working face of Jinrui Coal Industry as the background, numerical simulation and on-site peripheral rock displacement monitoring and other methods are used to determine the reasonable parameters of cutting the top and leaving the lane as follows: the angle of cutting the top is 5°, the height of the top cutting is 6.5 m, and the reinforcing support scheme is designed. On-site monitoring shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the left-lane is within the controllable range, and it can continue to serve for the next working face.
