    Study on surrounding Rock Control Technology of large Section cut in Gucheng Coal Mine

    • Based on theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field deformation observation of surrounding rock deformation, the surrounding rock control technology of large section cutting tunnel was studied in view of surrounding rock deformation of N3301 working face in Gucheng Coal Mine. Conclusions were drawn as follows: On the basis of determining the support parameters of large-section open-cut roadway, the distribution range of fracture field is calculated, and the collapse range of the top wall of the open-cut roadway is determined to be 2.66m and 0.42m respectively. Then, the distribution of vertical stress field and plastic zone under the conditions of no support and designed support is simulated and compared, and it is determined that the design support conditions can significantly improve the distribution range of high-stress zone and low-stress zone in the surrounding rock of roadway. At the same time, the damage range of the plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway is reduced to achieve effective control of the deformation of the shallow surrounding rock. Based on the above conclusions, the supporting parameters of the hole-cutting roadway are determined, and the deformation of the roadway is determined by stages through the field roadway deformation monitoring, that is, the maximum displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway in the rapid deformation stage and the maximum deformation of the two sides of the roadway are 212mm and 168mm respectively. The deformation of roadway surrounding rock remains stable. The above research shows that the design support can effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
