Abstract
Aiming at the serious deformation of the surrounding rock in the transport road of 4103 working face in a coal mine, based on the on-site monitoring results of the deformation of the surrounding rock under the original support scheme, we discussed the current situation of the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway and the destructive mechanism, and put forward the joint support scheme of "anchor rods + anchor ropes + metal mesh + grouting". Based on FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the deformation amount of surrounding rock under the original support and the optimised support scheme is compared, which proves that the optimised support scheme is feasible, and is applied in the field industrial test. The results show that the deformation of surrounding rock tends to be stable after 2 months of adopting the optimised support scheme, and in 3 months, the top and bottom slabs of the roadway have moved closer by 190 mm, the two gangs have moved closer by 134 mm, and the bottom bulge has been 93 mm, so the deformation of surrounding rock has been reduced significantly, and this support scheme can control the stability of surrounding rock of the roadway effectively.
